The hotel offers room service. You can find the room service menu in your room next to the bed. Due to the current staff shortages, the hotel is forced to only offer room service based on availability. The room service costs are €7.50 per time.
Can I buy public transport tickets at the concierge or reception?
Yes, the reception can help you with tickets for public transport. For train tickets we refer you to www.ns.nl/en. If you want to purchase your public transport tickets in advance, you can do so via ovchipkaart.nl.
Can I park at the hotel and what are the costs?
You can park behind the hotel at the end of the ‘Visafslagweg’ (€3.90 per hour) or in front of the hotel on the ‘Strandweg’. There are a limited number of public parking spaces.
It’s also possible to park your car on the ‘Noordelijk Havenhoofd’, directly on the beach and 200 meters from the hotel.
The parking costs in Scheveningen are on average €50,- per 24 hours. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve a parking space.
We refer you to the website of the municipality of The Hague for alternative options for parking on the beach.
Are there charging points for electric cars at the hotel?
Yes, you can find charging points on the Strandweg. Unfortunately, not at the hotel itself.
Is the hotel easy to reach by public transport?
The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the first tram stop. On 9292.nl you can easily plan your trip to Inntel Hotels Den Haag Marina Beach. Our address is: Strandweg 1, The Hague.
Does the hotel have a transfer service?
Inntel Hotels does not have a transfer service. However, the reception team can call a taxi to take you to your desired location.

Yes, the costs are €15,- per day per bike. Depending on the availability, you can rent a bicycle. Reservations in advance are not possible.

Via a payment link you can securely make the payment to the hotel online. You will receive the link by e-mail. If you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. After we have received the payment, your reservation is guaranteed.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?

How long does it take until I receive my deposit back on my credit card?
The deposit will be refunded during check-out, or if an authorization has been made, it will be released during check-out. It depends on your bank, how long it takes until you receive the deposit.

By choosing this special rate with restrictions, you have agreed to the condition that this reservation can’t be changed. Unfortunately, the hotel can’t make an exception.
